P.O.G.

POG is a distinctly tropical juice blend, the name of which is an acronym derived from its three primary fruit constituents: Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava. The beverage was initially developed in 1971 by Mary Soon, a food product consultant employed by Haleakala Dairy on Maui, Hawaii. Ginger Allspice Bitters are a great pairing, adding a spicy ginger note while the Vanilla Extract add a touch of depth. Add rum, gin or tequila to make a tropical highball.
